ASSISTANT COACH – ANITA BOWSER is returning for her 5th year coaching for the Larchmont Barracudas. She began her coaching career at Old Orchard Swim Club, where she served as head coach for 8 years. She is a graduate of Cherry Hill East Class of “94 where she was an accomplished swimmer for 4 years. She then attended and graduated from Rowan University with a degree in Health and Exercise Science, and swam under Tony Lisa. She is currently teaching Health and Exercise Science in the Cherry Hill School District along with being the girls head swim coach for the past 14 years.
HEAD COACH – JOE CUCINOTTI has been coaching swimming for 15 years. He coached at Downs Farm Swim Club for 10 years where he coached the team to three division championships in the Tri-County Swim League. Joe is the head coach of the Cherry Hill High School East Men’s Swim Team where he led the team to a State Championship last year where he is a Special Education teacher at Cherry Hill East and is also a member of the Football and Tennis coaching staffs. He recently moved to Mount Laurel with his wife and daughter and looks forward to coaching at Larchmont this summer.
ASSISTANT COACH – MEG MITCHELL. Meg began her coaching career her first year out of college with the Larchmont Barracudas. She is very excited to be back coaching with the team this summer! Meg’s three children have been a part of the Cudas family for the past 15 seasons. During the winter swim season, she has been a coach with SJAC for 11 years. Meg is a resource teacher, working with students in reading and math, grades K-8. She is looking forward to sharing her love of summer swim with the Barracudas this season!
ASSISTANT COACH –
ASSISTANT COACH – SAWYER LANNI. This will be Sawyer’s first year coaching for the Barracudas. He swam on the team for 11 years and assisted with the pre and development teams, accumulating over 60 volunteer hours. Sawyer has also coached was an assistant coach for the South Jersey Aquatic Club’s Junior Team. In addition to coaching, Sawyer has been a lifeguard for Larchmont and SJAC for 3 years and a swim instructor at Larchmont for a year. He graduated from Lenape High School in 2024, where he swam for 4 years on the varsity team and team captain his Senior year. Today, Sawyer is studying Biomedical Engineering at Drexel University.
